Our last game of the season was on Oct 30th at 8am!!!! It was COLD. We broke out our sock hats. The kids were excited..mostly because they knew that after the game they would get their trophy. It was a great season. We may not have been the best team in the league~~But we sure did have fun and I hope the kids did too. I so enjoyed coaching the boys but am thinking this is the last that I will be doing for them...things start to get more serious and competitive from here on out and I just can't seem to take my "Mommy hat" off. It makes me a bit sad that it is over and if they play next year they will move to the BIG field...here we go!!!!
To be totally honest Gavin wasn't real interested in playing but I really wanted him to try. I really think that in the end he did enjoy himself but he did it to get the trophy...which makes this picture priceless..I love you buddy and I am so proud of you for trying and giving it your all!!!
